一般电气设备的过热过流双重保护作用。
HKW9700-F-H thermal protector has small dimension; insulation shell;
sensitive and long life time. Its widely use in new energy battery;

2结构特点Structural features
HKW9700-D-E系列热保护器是采用一定几何形状的双金属片,无需辅助机构,仅靠双金属片的自身感温和电流热效应,使双金属元件的状态发生快速变化,直接带动触点实现自动切断和接通电路,起到过热、过载保护作用。
HKW9700-F-G thermal protector use unique bimetal and don’t need more auxiliary parts. Using bimetal Self-sensing temperature and Current thermal effect to change the bimetal’s shape to control the electric circuit cut off or contact on. Overheat and overload double protection.

5产品性能performance
5.1额定电流rated power(COS∮=0.7)
DC 12V-8A 24V-4A、AC 250V-5A 125V 7A
5.2断开温度action temp:30℃~150℃; 复位温度reset temp 20℃~110℃。
5.3抗拉力试验:产品的引线端应能承受大于或等于20N拉力,导线无断裂、滑出。
Tensile test:≥20N,No breaks or slips out of the wire
5.4绝缘电压:Insulation voltage
a.产品在断开时的引线之间应能承受AC660V,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;
In the power off state the insulation voltage between two wires should accept AC660V one minute withoutbreakdown and flashover.
b.产品引线与绝缘外壳之间能承受AC1800V,历时1S而无击穿闪络现象;
The insulation voltage between the wires and shell should accept AC1800V 1 second withoutbreakdown and flashover.
5.5绝缘电阻:在正常条件下,引线与绝缘外壳之间的绝缘电阻在100MΩ以上。
Insulation resistance:≥100MΩ
5.6接触电阻:产品的接触电阻应不大于50mΩ。
Contact resistance:≤50mΩ
5.7耐高温试验:产品置于额定动作温度50℃的空气环境中保持96h。
High temperature test:The product is kept in an air environment over 50°C for 96 h
5.8耐低温试验:产品置于-40℃空气环境中保持96h。
Low temperature test:The product is kept in an air environment of -40°C for 96 h
5.9抗振试验: 热保护器应能承受振幅1.5mm,频率变化10~55Hz,扫描变化周期3~5次/min,
振动方向X、Y、Z,每个方向各连续振动2h。
Anti-vibration test:The thermal protector should be able to withstand an amplitude of 1.5mm, a frequency change of 10 to 55Hz, and a scan change period of 3 to 5 times/min.
The vibration directions X, Y, and Z are continuously vibrated for 2 h in each direction.
5.10跌落试验:产品自0.7m高度自由落下1次。
